I ended up purchasing a three person spa from Guangzhou Romex Sanitary Ware Co., Ltd. with the requirement that it be delivered to my door with all fees paid up front and "No surprises upon arrival to my home." I worked with a salesman by the name of Kelvin and he was FANTASTIC. He promised me that he could deliver the spa with no issues and HE DID!! I got a super price on a really great spa and are so happy with the entire transaction. Kelvin was always available and answered my many questions in detail and in a timely manner from the start. The freight forwarding company that he chose on this end to deliver our spa from port to our home were really great, too!!! Diligent in communications with us and the delivery staff were friendly and very helpful with our requests. Overall we are so pleased with this purchase and the manner that Kelvin took care of the transaction. Out of 10....................I'd give this purchase an 11.
